Because all of our products are Print-on-Demand (POD), they are custom-made specifically for you once you place an order. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons outside of our control (like ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind).
However, your satisfaction with your vital gear is our priority. If there is an issue with the product itself, we are here to help.
2. Conditions for Refund or Replacement (When We Deploy Corrective Action)
We offer a free replacement or full refund only if one of the following issues occurs:

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for the following:

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement (The Reporting Procedure)

Because production begins very quickly after an order is placed, cancellations or modifications (like size or address changes) are generally not possible. If you need to make a change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will attempt to intercept the order, but we cannot guarantee success.
